My stay at Yehs Hotel Melbourne Cbd had some ups and downs. The location was absolutely fantastic—so close to major tram lines and eateries. It’s super convenient for getting around the city. Room size impressed me. it was spacious with solid amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee/tea facilities. The staff gave 24-hour service, and I appreciated their help especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. However, the air conditioning in my room was noisy and struggled to keep the temperature just right, which made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Housekeeping didn’t come during my stay, leading to some accumulated mess. Also, the luggage storage felt a bit insecure after check-out, which didn’t sit well. Overall, I had a good experience but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Great stay! The blackout blinds worked perfectly for an undisturbed sleep, and the room size was excellent for accommodating our portable cot. Just a heads-up, the night noise can be quite disruptive!

Wi-fi was solid, and I appreciated the 24-hour reception for late check-in. Luggage storage was convenient. Too bad the lift was slow during peak times.

missingWrote a review on 20 Aprbroken equipment
The gym equipment is in rough shape, largely out of commission during my visit. Battling a noisy air conditioning system took a toll on my sleep, coupled with a broken bathroom fan that added to the stifling atmosphere since the door didn't close properly. Housekeeping wasn't up to standard. after a week, my room remained untouched. WiFi struggles under pressure, perfect for basic browsing but painfully slow for video calls. Plus, the luggage storage lacks security, leaving me feeling uneasy after check-out.

Location, mate! Just a hop to places like Rolling Nori and Food Factory—grab a sushi roll or a quick bite. Plus, the amenities in the room weren’t half bad! Took solace in the fact that they offered basic comforts despite the state of the hotel. It’s a real gem for foodies around here.
To whom it may concern, I’m writing about the nightmarish experience at YEHS. The toilet was a complete dud, and we were stuck dealing with a leaking unit soaked in mold! Not to mention the utterly filthy conditions—who wants to find old socks behind the TV? And to top it all, the elevators couldn’t keep it together, forcing us to hike up nine flights!
